Magina is different because we do not just sell fine jewellery, we offer designs which are inspired and have a unique story behind every piece. Designs which represent you and this great culture. We do indeed craft precious stories. All of this with assurance
of certified and hallmarked jewellery and a hassle-free online shopping experience!

Where is Magina located?

We are located in Nashik. We are a proud Nashik ecommerce company. We are into the retail jewellery business since 1927.

Where is your jewellery made?

All our jewellery is manufactured in India.

Why does your website not offer any discounts?

We as a company believe in fair pricing – both for customers and jewellery artisans. All our pieces are fairly priced. We design each piece with utmost dedication and art, keeping that in mind we strive for fair compensation to our highly skilled karigars.

Do you accept orders from outside India?

We regret to inform you that currently we are not accepting orders outside India. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Can I order a customized design?

Of course, you can! We can customize the metal type, purity, diamond quality, etc. as per your requirement. Just get in touch with our customer experience team via writing to us at care@magina.in or call us at +91 81800 39926

Do you provide chain with the pendants too?

We do offer a selection of chains for you to choose from. Make sure you check out our chains section for the same. Please note that the price shown for every pendant does not include the cost of gold chain.

What if I don’t know the my ring size?

We have a ring size guide on every product page. Kindly refer it to know your exact size.

Does magina sell conflict free diamonds?

We take absolute pride in confirming that we source our diamonds from 100% authentic and registered sources which are in compliance with the world renowned and trusted Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS)

Does magina provide authentic and certified jewellery?

All diamond jewellery pieces bought from magina.in are certified by renowned and trusted labs like SGL, IGI, or GII and are BIS hallmarked.

What if i lose my jewellery certificate?

You need not worry in such a case, as we can issue a duplicate certificate upon your request at a nominal cost of Rs.500/- which covers shipping of the certificate as well.

Are there any gifting options?

Can i get my ring re-sized?

Yes, we can get your ring resized. If the price of the new ring is more than the previous one, we will charge only for the additional cost. If the price of the new ring is less than the previous one, we shall refund the excess amount back to you via a bank transfer

We also provide free return shipping for resizing requests placed within 15 days of order delivery as it is covered under our 15 days money back policy.

In case you request resizing after 15 days money back policy period, we will be happy to resize it for you at a small resizing fee. In such a case, kindly get in touch with our customer experience team via writing to us at care@magina.in or call us at +91 81800 39926

The product I received is of lesser weight than for which I was charged, why is that?

There are likely to be very slight weight differences in products which are shipped than shown on the website. Hence as clarified on the product page too, we charge you for an estimated weight when you make a purchase.

In a case when you get a product with lesser weight, we will automatically notify you and issue a refund of the excess amount via net-banking mode of payment.

Is my purchase insured?

Your products are fully insured by magina till they reach your doorstep.

How do I make a payment for a Magina purchase?

We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.

Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Are there any hidden costs while making a jewellery purchase?

Absolutely not! The price you see on the product page before making the purchase is the final price we will charge you during checkout. We believe in utter transparency while doing business with our valued customers

What will happen if my money is debited and yet I don't receive order confirmation?

If such an unlikely event happens due to any technical issue, our customer experience team will refund your entire amount within 2-4 business days.

Why do the prices of the same product vary from day to day?

Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice as the gold rates fluctuate daily. You will be charged as per our gold and diamond rates on the day and time of the purchase.

Is it safe to make a payment through the website?

Yes! It is completely safe to make your payment through our website payment gateways. We do not store any of your confidential payment information like your card details, CVV, etc.

Our reputed payment gateway partners use SSL encryption technology to process your payments.

Policies

15 day money back policy

We want your purchase to be perfect. Keeping that in mind we offer free returns, exchanges and resizing (applicable for rings) for 15 days from order delivery, We can only accept the products without custom engraving or modification.

Kindly note that the product needs to be in its original condition with all its invoices, certificates and packaging intact.

Will I have to pay for shipping while sending the product(s) back to magina? We offer free return shipping. You shall receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 15 day money back policy.

Refund policy?

We offer 100% refund of the amount you have paid under the 15 day money back policy. If you wish to return the product for any reason, we are happy to oblige with our 100% refund promise. We make that amount available as credit in your magina wallet from where you can either choose to take refund or use it for another purchase.

Free returns?

We offer free return shipping. You’ll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 15 day money back policy.

Lifetime exchange policy?

Yes, we do offer a lifetime exchange policy. You may exchange your old magina piece for a fresh new one. The valuation of your old piece will be as follows:

Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

The time taken for product delivery depends on multiple factors like courier company, status of the product, shipping address, etc.

Magina is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to external factors. Alhough rest assured, we will do our best till your order is successfully delivered.

For “ready to ship” products, orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days and “make to order” products will be delivered within 10-22 business days as we make every product carefully especially for you

After sales service

What if there is a problem with the product i receive?

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. We will replace the product for free and cover the shipping charges as well.

If the product gets accidently damaged by you, we are happy to repair it for you at a small repairing fee + shipping. In any case kindly get in touch with our customer experience team via writing to us at care@magina.in or call us at +91 81800 39926

Can I resize my ring if it does not fit?

We offer free resizing within the 15 days money back policy. Beyond that if you need to resize your ring, we are happy to do it at a small fee + shipping.

Please note that resizing might not possible some products due to the design constraints. In such a case we will assist you exchanging the current ring for any other product provided the resizing request is made within the days money back policy.
