Eligibility for Returns:
You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
The product must be sent back in unused condition with the invoice, certificate, other documents and accessories intact.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected by the team, a 100% refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are credited directly to your original method of payment.
Lifetime Exchange Guarantee:
In addition to the return window, Magina offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy, allowing you to exchange your old magina jewellery for new pieces even after years of use.
This is especially helpful if your style changes or you want to upgrade to a new design in the future.
No questions asked, no hassle just smooth returns and a commitment to customer care.
To initiate an exchange, just send an email to care@magina.in with the subject line "Exchange request" and mention your name, mobile no, order number (of old jewellery) in the email body.
Once we receive the old jewellery, our team shall provide a valuation as per prevailing market rates and generate a voucher in your name and email ID of the exchange value. This voucher can be used to buy new products from our website. The voucher shall be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please note that the lifetime exchange facility is only applicable for products bought from magina.in or from our offline sales channels.
